Dr. Mohamed
Mohamed S. Ahmed, MD

Board Certified Adult & Child Psychiatrist

Served as the Chairman of the department of Psychiatry at Baytown Methodist hospital and Clinical Assistant Professor at UTMB, Galveston, TX.
He completed his residency in General Psychiatry and Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Texas medical branch in Galveston, TX.
Dual Board Certified in both Adult and Child Psychiatry.
He is a distinguished Laughlin Fellow and has been the recipient of several prestigious awards including the Robert B. White and an International medical graduate fellowship award.
Voted the best psychiatrist in Baytown by the Baytown Sun.
Winner of the 2012 Houston magazine top Doctors voting award with over 20 years of experience in psychiatry and clinical research.


Dr. Sarah

Sarah ElSadre, MD

Clinic Director/Certified TMS Medical Director

Dr. Elsadre holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Cairo Medical School, Egypt and currently serves as the director of clinical services at The Psyclinic, one of the largest psychiatric outpatient practices in southeast Texas. Leading a team of more than 30 mental health providers and supporting staff. Created several new successful mental health programs such as the” You are beautiful” program to help depressed females fight depression, maintain healthy weight and restore their image, Camp I CAN to mentor kids with learning difficulties and ADHD FROM A 2 Z to help educate parents and provide them with many resources.

Published a mental health wellness magazine (Concur) in 2015 to fight mental illness stigma spread awareness and educate the public about common mental health issues.

Received the highest top ranking training and certification from the TMS developer (Neurostar) and established TRANS-CRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION program named TREAT & DEFEAT- at the Psyclinic. Program achieved top rating in the state of Texas and regionally throughout the Southeast of the US through efficacy, excellence, quality of care and treatment outcome remission scores.

Tom Winterfield

Tom Winterfeld, LPC, LMFT

Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Tom Winterfeld enjoys coming alongside individuals and families during times of distress–both the natural times of growth, change and development that create stress; and the “not so normal” times when anger, anxiety, disappointment, depression, trauma, compulsions and addictions keep them from enjoying healthy relationships and experiencing inner peace.
He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist, and has been counseling over 25 years. His experience is diverse, having worked in inpatient and intensive outpatient settings; school-based prevention; community mental health agencies; and private practice.
Although Tom uses various counseling methods tailored to individuals, he approaches the counseling relationship from a solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, systems perspective within the context of Christian values. Tom sees individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, families and groups, besides offering parenting consultation through therapy and workshops.


Kathy Bryant

Kathy Bryant, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

With over twenty years of work experience in schools, Kathy Bryant has ample experience in the field of child psychology including Interactive skill building session on core life skills such as confidence, communication, decision making, conflict resolution, team work and leadership, manners and etiquettes, goal setting etc.
-Individual counseling sessions targeting emotional and behavioral concerns and issues faced by students such as: ragging, bullying, lying, motivation, attention and concentration concerns.
-Parental and teacher facilitation sessions to boost better understanding and solution based intervention of student concerns. ryant has ample experience in the field of child psychology.
Kathy also sees clients of variant age groups and mental health needs.


Michelle Beaupre'

Michelle Beaupre’ RN, FNP, DNP-C

Board Certified Family Doctor of Nursing

Michelle is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that joined the PsyClinic in 2012. She earned her master’s degree in Family nursing from Texas Women University in 2011. Michelle has an extensive training in Psychiatry and uses up to date based treatment and recommendations to manage psychiatric illnesses and conditions. Michelle builds an effective client-practitioner realtionship to promote mental health and maintain client satisfaction. Michelle’s passion to psychiatry has been evident in everyday practice and in creatively managing critical psychiatric cases.


Ann Mary Browning

Ann Mary Browning, PA-C

Board Certified Mental Health Physician Assistant

Ann comes to The PsyClinic with nearly 20 years experience as Board Certified Physician Assistant, and 40 years in health care. She is a graduate of the University of North Dakota Assistant Program and has strong Family Practice background. She worked in an underserved area where Family Practitioners provided the majority of general medicine and psychiatric care and is comfortable treating all age groups. She served as Clinical Preceptor with the Southern Illinois University Physician Assistant Program for 10 years. Ann has a passion for the practice of medicine and has never looked on it as a job. She loves people. Ann is an excellent listener and pulls from her Faith in God to develop excellent patient-provider relationship. We feel fortunate to have her on our team.


Mianna Lintao, FNP-C

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Mianna joined The PsyClinic in 2018 after graduating with honors from UTMB Masters of Nursing program. She comes to The PsyClinic with strong academic training, excellent critical thinking ability, great communication, interpersonal skills and devotion to mental health awareness and holistic patient care. Her expertise is focused on child mental health and depression in adult population. As a family nurse practitioner she is an huge advocate for health promotion and maintenance through nutrition and disease prevention.

Cynthia Plemons

Cynthia Plemons, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Cynthia Plemons earned an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from the University Central Oklahoma. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Oklahoma, making her a (Sooner) at heart. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents both in residential and inpatient settings. Cynthia has numerous successes bringing together families separated by the State and Juvenile Justice system. Her experience with children include behavioral disorders, depression, conduct disorder, substance abuse and psychosis. She is a facilitator for (Parenting with Love and Logic). Cynthia has worked with incarcerated adults and adults with substance abuse, depression and psychosis in an intensive outpatient, residential and outpatient settings. With over 13 years experience working with families, adults, adolescence and children she takes a holistic approach, believing a healthier being requires a combination of mind, body and spirit.


Sheryl Vinci, FNP, DNP-C

Board Certified Family Doctor of Nursing

Sheryl received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA. Her doctoral worked was focused on PTSD, anxiety, and depression in the veteran population. She worked as a nurse in the Veterans Affair hospital in Pittsburgh, PA while she worked on her doctoral degree. She also worked as a clinical instructor for 5 years and is passionate about educating and communicating with her patients in every interaction. She joined the PsyClinic team in 2017 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is looking forward to work with her patients.


Josue Munoz, RN, FNP-C

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Josh graduated from UT Houston school of Nursing with a Master degree of Science in Family Nursing after earning his Bachelor degree in Nursing from University of Texas- Pan American.He joined our team in 2018 and ever since has been an active member with sincere dedication to promoting clients mental health wellbeing. He focuses on principles in health promotion, prevention and quality treatment practices, while using clinical reasoning skills in planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.

Claudia is a certified Medical records specialist with over 20 years of experience in medical records. She is also an HR consultant with 10 years of experience in HR management.
