The care has been good, I feel heard, although I have now had 4 associates in 4 years for my care. The reason for 4 stars is the difficulty in getting prescriptions sent in a timely manner to the pharmacy and getting in touch with someone at the office to have this taken care of. Most often it is 2-3 days before a script is sent and taken care of after the appointment. If there is a denial of a prescription it can be up to a week to have someone to talk to and get the insurance straightened out.
